I have some s&b and Winchester. The sights I think are the limitation it's quite a wide front post. Getting a red dot or 1 to 4 scope mounted might be something to look at in the future

Took my little assortment out this evening. Fired them off at 40 yards standing after a few rounds of dtl. The small holes are 9 mm from a nice chamber adapter from fssprecision. It shoots better off...

akaroa1 I'm hoping to, but I'll stick to that smokeless stuff. I want to see if I hit it🙂. I just found someone who makes his own shot and reckons he can make bb for me now that could be interesting
rupert I have no idea but I'm pretty certain it will be the same as with the same weight of shot which is around 1200 fps according to the books.
Casting up a load of .665 round balls before sending the mold to akaroa1 reminded me l had been meaning to load some 12 gauge with them.
In my Brno 204, Winchester rifled slugs shoot into 3 inches...
