    When I received my permit for the springs I had a letter from Police stating I had to hand the permit over to Customs in person. I'm in Chch, parts were in Auckland.

    AO was fine me sending permit...

    I had to get a permit for detent springs and detents. I challenged this with my local AO and his words were we don't know if they will be fitted to an MSSA...
