Whilst you're right the people who actually have to do the work probably wouldn't be for it, it's never actually them who decides whether they do or not.
I just want to further say RE: picking up mail orders from police stations, besides the issue this causes for rural folks.
That 1 of 2 things will happen:

How about we keep the police away from more firearms duties, preferably they had no role in administering the arms act at all.
