we shoot steel through our ones....I actually shoot steel through the u/o too and thats tighter again and hasnt been altered at all..just MAKE SURE to use less than 34grm loads and dont use bigger...

if you want to open out choke,get in touch and will give you the skinny on how to do it.I did a removable winchoke the other month in ten minutes with power drill and a small cylindrical honing...

well THAT is open to interpretation........ and lots of folks cannot get head around the chokes on Bakails...because it reads tighter than full on a choke guage they get all flustered and panic worse...

triple two before I got it docked shorter....taken a few handbag deer with it now.

the one on the right went to new home with another forum member....THINK its now a coach gun.... had ability to either pop out shells or just poke out for removal.... both are awesome field guns.

USE IT.....beautiful guns and they still work just as well if not better than flash jobbies. I even use lighter than 34hrm loads of smaller than #2 steel loads through mine....
