the diff lock is electric controlled from a switch near the drivers knee.
we have a 2010 base model, it has diff lock
find it? look where air enters the intake system. there is a sensor plugged in. on the tritons its a 5 pin inline plug you need to modify things at this point
OK, i dont know on the 3.2 or PAjero. but if you were to post a picture of the air flow unit closest to the intake i could probably tell you if its the same setup.
EGR will switch off when outside...

do it electronically, you convince the engine management that the air coming in is cold and it turns off the egr. needs 2X 12k ohm resistors to do. stops the intake manifold getting clogged full of...
if anyone wants the egr mod, pm me. will cost you under a dollar to do
auto electronics (especially european) are getting worse, allot of manufacturers are using lead free solder and its brittle as hell. with constant vibration it disintegrates, on a good note it pays...
they sorted the gearbox out in the newer models, they used to hve 3rd gear issues. we have a 2010 model, it goes well now that i have modified it to turn off the egr valve. (bloody easy to do)
