If the barrel is 100% concentric with the rear of the suppressor, 0.05mm oversize is fine. If not concentric, machine it large enough so it just has clearance.

A barrel is not a major firearm part as defined for the register. Read my post above, that lists major firearm parts.
This is not a grey area, if you read the definition of firearm items in relation to the register, it says exactly what parts need to be registered.

It only needs to be registered online if we have it for more than 30 days.
