Haha yeah they recoil a bit but not too bad, just used a bipod and rear bag for all load development.

Sorry should read reached pressure at 74grs and backed off to 73grs.

Finally got a load sorted, worked up to 75gr reloder 15, but got slight pressure, so dropped back to 74grs and settled on that.

Haven't seen it mentioned in any load data but willing try anything that'll get acceptable accuracy/velocity.

Well I got out and conducted 2 small ladder tests with 2208 and 2209. Results with 2208 could be described as buckshot, absolutely hopeless, 2209 was better and may warrant further inspection but...

Certainly looking like 2208 or reloader 15 or 17 is the go, problem is getting some.
