I went with Tongariro taxidermy as he isn't far from our place and his work looks good.

Thanks all for the advice much appreciated, he's off at the Taxidermist now.

Unfortunately no scales, but he measures 69cm long and from Dorsal fin to belly 17.5 cm, and circumfrence 43cm.

I've caught a large brown I'd like to mount. What do I need to do in order to look after it? Both places I've called are likely away the long weekend.
