ha...when teenagers, my mate had a sporterized k98 and I had a bsa 3006 that I couldn't handle. He would sight in good groups while I got more "determined" trying to print a group.

I can send you some. Pm your address. I got some 150gr speers as well if you like
Yeah, I don't suppose there are too many making 8mm barrels.
Sounds like much practice would be required for a driven hunt style
Good one Scotty. I've had the "mowser" out for a walk. Doing it easy with the ssts. Quartering toward me, the exit was a bit gruesome just in front of rump. 112003
True on the fuel...thanks for the offer though Scotty...be keen to hear how your loads work.
Yep, I like the speer generally..I will piss about with the 150s and 170s for a bit first...I have a 350rem mag that fills the heavy pill niche in my battery already
"Thanks Scotty' probably reads s bit better
Looks good..cheaper than a savage axis as well.
Sweet Scotty, would be interested to hear how your range time goes...I have a few packets of 196gr s&b to get through
Do the heavies tend to shoot better?
That brno looks nice cigar...not a huge projectile range for sure. I'm going to try a few lighter ones though if they don't go so well then i will revert to 200gr.
The sst looks the least flying...

Picking up an FN action Husqvarna tonite. Anyone using the 8mm Mauser out there. Have a fair bit of factory ammo with it...looks like cfe223 powder goes well with 150gr and 170gr bullets.
Thinking...
