Sounds like something out of Gloriavale :O_O:
Hey mate. No I haven’t, grabbed some factory ammo the day I picked it up and it shot half inch groups so rapt! The guy I bought it off wrote down his preferred load, but I don’t have 308 dies.

Thought I’d never buy another tikka. But this was too cheap to ignore. Goes bang, deer die. Good old 308

Nah, always had the suppressor. Stock was looking rough as guts after a few tumbles, so I got it hydro dipped in wood grain pattern, and bead blasted barrel and action to take out scratches etc....
So that's how you earn the brownies to be able to walk thru the door with a new rifle and not get questioned...
There's always one :D
Not new, but 280 got a birthday tidy up.

Found this 22 magnum on trademe the other day, probably the best rifle deal I've ever got. We already have a 22mag of this model, and when I saw this online I was hoping to get it, because our one...
Don't be too hard on him, he's Australian ;)
Haha. Mines 6 months old, but still like new. Put 20 rounds thru it, 4 to sight in, then 14 deer/chamois/tahr kills from 16 shots.
That's why you have both :D
Although I am trying to sell my 308 cos I don't use it as much as I thought I would
Cool. One of my good mates Dad's has one. Bloody heavy thing to lug around. Cool toy though.
Sweet wee rifle

It arrived today. Got it in 308. Ammos cheap and easily found. Slapped my spare 3-9x40 Zeiss on it. It'll be my new...
Any reason why you bought two guns which both could fit the exact same purpose?
I'm presuming a middle ground theory with the 6.5x55 being a little cooler than a 308 and a sako being a little...
Not me though.
Dads best mate had one in 308, it was the rifle I shot most of my deer with before I was given my first centre fire when I got my f/a license at 16.
Nice one gimp. They're cool.
A musket? :ORLY:
They're a good wee gun. I borrow the one we got for my sister quite often (when she's not around) and its a nice light gun to carry about in the scrub. They shoot pretty good too.
Heard it goes ok too TC. Nice boomstick ;)
Jesus, hope I never run out of gas outside your house in the middle of the night ;) :D
Looks good mate.
