Yep, agree. They're both is short actions though (.308) and the ejection issues seem to be related to longer actions.

Not sure, I've always been intrigued by the round, thought I'd give it a try. I like short actions as well, and from what I've read the .260 would struggle to use it's full case capacity with longer...
