    lol, nice but joking aside I find whitebait...

    lol, nice but joking aside I find whitebait actually freezes really well its just that when cooked this way too much water comes out when defrosted.

    Another way I like it is to dry as much moisture...

    Another way I like it is to dry as much moisture as possible out of the bait with paper towels etc then lightly flour, fluffing bait up so evenly coated. Then shallow fry in a butter - oil mix like...
