    Can we buy bipod or picatinny rails from ebay without permit?

    Hi everyone,
    I have read the info from NZ police. If we purchase gun parts, like mag, stock etc... We need to submit the form and get a permit first.
    Just wondering is the bipod or picatinny rails...
