Shit that will save you some powder. My 26” got 2750 with 300’s at 95gr with lapua brass. The 285 was 2850 with 95gr. Interestingly my hardy barrel on my 300 maxes out at low powder charges also.

95gr 2225 in mine. It’s pretty hot but primers are still round. Some of the other guys are around 92-94. Ie John Mitchell and nick Hamilton in their dta’s.
