Yeah I think that mixed with a bug - I don't normally get hang overs. Other half was sick last week with what seems like the same thing. Not happy :( He's not even here to look after me! Blerghhhhhh...

I did the same the other weekend Cam but chucked a few cm of water in the bottom of the roasting dish. Veges came out awesome too (orange kumera didn't need the extra water though!)
