2213 in .308? 2208 will be useable, but 2206H or H335 would be better. Bullets kill by tearing apart vital tissue destroying pneumatics, hydraulics and electrics, running Targex 165 Hp in my .308. Short barrel and unable to run an Hp solid fast enough to do anything other than bore a caliber sized hole through an animal past 200yds. TTX and TTSX need speed and plenty of it, I don't like them under 2600fps or so impact.

2208 will be too slow to get the best out of the 110s.

I was over 51grns with the 130 and it is real tricky to get more than that in and very compressed load.

2206h or h335 will be much better.

Based on 2950 for the 130s and 3100 for the 110s basically 2600fps impact speed means they are good for less than 150yds. Really does make them.bush rounds aye

You should be up round 3100-3200fps with the 130 if using a suitable powder in a 20-22" barrel.....110s should be faster but may not extend the effective range.

100% understand the need to tinker do tell as I am wanting to throw some down the 7mm for shit and gigs I gave them a very very quick uneducated look in .308 long ago cant remember the weight but I never chased the load after initial few shots the lightest I can find for 30cal at the moment is 168ish weight range to big for my little gun

I bought a sako 308 20 inch barrel years ago, and it came with a pile if these. I purely used them as a Bush load at about 2900fps and I had the best results I've had out of any projectile in regards to instant kills. Personally I rate them for this sort of work but never tried them out beyond about 100m.

The projectile above was a 130grn ttsx found under the skin on opposite shoulder of a sika stag.

I have àn unopened box of 130 TTSX bought about seven years ago that I'd sell for $75 delivered. Never did get around to trying them.
