    162g SST in 7mm remmag

    Has anybody got any experience with their terminal performance on deer?

    Ive loaded up a few and they shoot OK. Wish these A Max's would hurry up and arrive.

    They should be good, basing this on a friends 308 shooting 150 SST's at 2900. They performed well on deer.

    Yeah inside 400 odd yards im sure they will be fine.

    Ive used SST out to 500 yards in 6.5 and they have been fine. Expanded ok to half way down the shank at 400 odd. Started at 2800 fps.
