Yep mine was a reamed out T3 1-8” that Greg did. Was an absolute hammer on wallabies with the 65gr spbt and was stupid accurate as well! How knows I may have kept it if it didn’t get stolen i have thought about building one on a custom action with enough Mag space for the heavies in the past…I do have a quantity of necked up and 2x fired norma brass as @Mathias mentioned

Roughly 63mm (haven't got the calipers handy), that is with the Hornady 75gr BTHP. I'm running AICS style mags so still have some spare room.

No reply yet from greg. Does anyone know if it's the largest case capacity chambering based on 223 sized bolt head?

Look at a 22 Nosler for a bit more on a .378 boltface. I was running 55 grs @ 3480 fps in my 18 inch barreled dpms before the confiscation. Boomer.

I think the 22-204 has a little more boiler room than my .223ai
I’m shooting 80 ELD-M’s at 3000fps from a 22” barrel and they have been dynamite on goats out to around 550m and the one red I’ve shot with it so far.

I’ve got a boring Rem700 tac in 223 (1:8), running AI mags.. I should really look into this.. also a few 75gr ELDs hmm. Cheers for the intel guys. There’s my evening buggered.

What's the oal on that round? 223ai would be the most simple...

22 nosler does however look good apart from the apparent massive shortage of brass
