Ppu, cheap as chips at 26 bucks a box. I dont think i could reload at better price.
Not quite the aswer you were looking for.
my Tikka LSA55 used to love 53 gr & 52 gr HP bullets from Hornady & Sierra. Very accurate and lethal on goats and fallow.
Though they were hollow points, they still penetrated well and even broke shoulder bones.
What are you gonna do if you can't jam enough superformance powder into it to make it work?
I've got a couple of hundred rounds of PMC that are of no use to me which you can have for cheap if you want.

Try 52gr Targex

Whatever I have on hand.placed right it doest seem to matter lol.
75/15/10 black powder matters
55g Hornady SP #2266. 23.5 BM2 and cci 400 works in my 222
Also the 53g HP with 2219 and winny small rifle. Can't think of the charge weight off the top of me head
Whenever I get traditional hunters wanting to use the 222 on deer it’s easy to load the Norma 50g soft point, this along with Norma brass replicates the early Sako ammo that gave the .222 its reputation among those that used it for a living and used it best.
A big fast bullet beats a little fast bullet every time
