    223 heavier bullet powder

I'm looking at shooting Sierra 65gr SBT to maybe 77gr TMK or Hornady 60 gr to even 80gr depending on what shoots best

Those that shoot the heavier 224 bullets are there certain powders that just seem to work best with these 60gr plus bullets?
    cheers

BM2 or CFE223 both work on a fairly full case.

    2206h for 65 SGK (25gr) and 75 eld-m (24gr) in a tikka t3x 8”.
I’m having trouble with 53gr varmageddon and VMAX grouping with the 2206h tho, I’m about to try 2208/varget next tho...

    I am happy with BMII
Works with bullets 50-75 grn in my 223 barrel. Couldnt get the same performance from other powders I tried for some reason.

Well goddamn I'm going along nicely with my available 2208 and 2206H then you Canterbury/ Westcoast people come along and stuff it up
It's a trend, no doubt @kotuku will be along shortly with stuff I've never even heard of.

Hmmm interesting, wonder if the BMII will work well with a 74gr pill from my .22-243 or perhaps H4895

Those powders will be fine I am sure.
They just didn't perform as well as BMII in a couple 223's I have had.

Isn't H4895 just ADI 2206H rebranded and more expensive.

Yep, 2208 is good in long barrels my NRA Fullbore rifle with a 28" and Sierra 80 gr Match kings is dynamite at 1000 yards Winchester 748 is good for velocity but not accuracy
in my rifle, worth trying if you have some.
