    223 reloading

    Looking at reloading for my 223.
    Im using AR2208 powder for my 7mm08 and i use it for my 223 along with Hornady 55gr SP projectiles? What powder rate? 1/12 twist

    I started with 2208, and changed to 2206h.
    The 2208 was ok with a 21” barrel, but not quite so good when I swopped rifles and went to an 18” barrel.
    Seems to fill the case better, and a bit more velocity.
