    Hi
I have been a fan of 120 sierra prohunters but always been up there in the pressure department. So loaded up a coupla three with less grains and now accuracy aint great.
I haven't been pulling on a press for decades so now trying to get onto a suitable powder really.

Try H414 or W760 (same powder different label) it seems to run lower pressure for good velocity. I'm running it in a 20" 260 with 120gr Sierra.

I use lapua brass im my 260 and yes I have an 18 inch barrel
I haven’t tried the 120 pro hunter in the lapua brass but I tried it when i was running remington brass the problem was because if the stubby nose on the pro hunters i had to seat them very deep in the case to get them to chamber in the gun
Like way shorter than mag length
That’s why I didn’t continue testing them my rifle was specially chamberd for a match type pill amax etc seated to mag length

    I use 760 or h414 same shit
A max charge is only to the shoulder which leaves plenty of room for a bullet
A 130gn berger vld or 123 a-max/sst is seated quite deep to fit a standard 08 length mag
