    270 Powder

Reloading about 550 rounds of 270 for my mate i.e. dumped on me via his mother. Anyone have a preferred powder and weight please.

AR2209 is normally pretty good for the 270win with 130 gr projectiles I have found. Ok with 140's.
ADI book says 51-54.3 grains for 130gr projectiles. I am using 53.5 with an OAL of 3.186" with 130 Scirroco's its not fast but shoots well.

AS NORMAL ALWAYS WORK UP THE LOADS AS OTHER RIFLES MAY BE DIFFERENT.

Bloody hell, you have got a bit of work ahead of you then! I use 2209 or 2213SC and get good results.53.5g of 2209 is what I'm using at the moment as well. Like Puku said start lower and work up looking for pressure signs.
If my work annoys me, I cull them
