Its no secret that with two major conflicts occuring powder is scarce. Its possible the loads have changed slightly.

Most know that box velocities are based on test barrel lengths in a ballistic lab and that on average (over simplfying here) you lose 50fps per 28mm or inch of barrel length lost.

I tried some factory ammunition (not going to name the brand) through my Mod70 and it was slow compared to stated velocity, but the 2 dozen wallabies and 8 fallow all tipped over within 150m didn't seem to argue.
