    270 reloading

    Hey Team
Only been reloading for a while and looking for some input, ive been using 130gr sierra game kings with alliant R19 and these have been very good,
grouping very tight at 50 and 100mts with about 1.5 inches drop at 200 (max length club range where i go) nothing ever got up afterwards with 130gr. but i recently bought some 140gr game changer projectiles (ballistic plastic tip...better BC and energy) thought a little extra punch would be good... and using the same powder (R19) the grouping is not so good anyway what are powder you guys using for 270 win with the 140gr projectiles. i read that 270 is best suited from 130 to 150gr so going for the middle ground any thoughts welcome
    Cheers

I'm currently working up a load using the Gamechangers and Reloder 23. Haven't actually shot any yet but the numbers on paper with R23 look pretty good

I tried the 90 gr Game Changers in my 243 and can't get them to group at all ( over 2 inch) but it will put 95 SST, and BT into 14mm -19 mm groups most the time.
Your rifle like mine may not like the game changer designed bullet ...... maybe.

2213sc has long been a go to powder for 270, especially with 140gr and up projectile weights. Usually good speed and accuracy.
