be aware....a short throated .270 winchester will POSSIBLY blow up with loads that are mild in a long throated one.....

This load was done by @Ryan_Songhurst and worked up to what seemed to be optimal accuracy. No pressure signs in my rifle and laser accurate.
You should always start low and work up. Not trying to tell anyone how to suck eggs I'm new to reloading too.

all good mate.....just seen with own eyes lately and its made me VERY aware of it...made up loads for mates rifle and his hit high pressure signs WAAAAY before my old girl will do so...eg he 2grns below max and my old girl goes easy 2grns over....short throat,tight chamber Vs long throat and worn ...everything LOL.

I found that to be the case in two 6.5s, the old 1915 Carl Gustaf was sweet,(long-throat), and my 1944 Husky m96 (which chambered them fine), kicked-like-a-mule, and I broke the extractor when I finally got the bolt to lift. I'd assumed they'd both have similar throats, given that they're famous for long-throats..but not so, this time. I was lucky
