About LinkBacks2209 is the powder to use in a .30/06. I have used it in four .30/06's and all will shoot very well with it.
150's at 2990 fps and 180's at 2750fps, and 220 grainers at 2400fps with max loads.
You can use 2213sc for 180's, and you can use 2208 for 150's. But I would start with 2209, and I doubt you will need to try another one, it will do you for everything.
