    Question .300 Blaser Magnum Loads

    Hey team,

Well I have used the .300 Blaser Magnum factory ammo up and the dies arrived this week from the US, so now to start thinking about loading up some brass...

Plenty of you chaps and lasses out there do far more shooting than me, so some ideas would be appreciated.

I'm thinking 180g Accubonds, perhaps 180g SBT Game kings and a 165g projectile...

Have been doing a bit of digging around the web but not having much luck on finding any loading info, where might some good places to visit be...

    Cheers Craig

Quickload says its useable capacity is about 1 gr more than the 300 win mag.
Punched a couple of numbers in with 2213 & imr 7828.
Its a norma developed cartridge right? They would be the first place I would look

    Cartridge : .300 Blaser Mag
    Bullet : .308, 180, Nosler AccuBond 54825
    Useable Case Capaci: 82.128 grain H2O = 5.332 cm³
    Cartridge O.A.L. L6: 3.340 inch = 84.84 mm
    Barrel Length : 24.0 inch = 609.6 mm
    Powder : ADI AR 2213

Predicted data by increasing and decreasing the given charge,
incremented in steps of 2.0% of nominal charge.
CAUTION: Figures exceed maximum and minimum recommended loads !

    By hokey, cheers for that...

Was wondering if H4831 would work in it... happy with 2213, is that the SC version?

Have been considering this Quickload, how have you found it so far? Worth the money?

So it would seem, does it give the ballistics/trajectories and such like?

No I don't think so, but quick target does, which I believe is included in the bundle
