re 700X. For what its worth to you, 3.3gr (+/- .1 or .2..its not great for metering, i check every single drop in a digital scale when throwing charges below 4gr) behind A 158gr LRN gave me 956fps avg from a 20" Rossi . This is a 38spl load, setup for CAS, but a smidge more powder would make up the difference in the 357 case im sure. I wasnt really gunning for accuracy, but from memory it was around the 4" group at 50m with elbows on a wobbly table.
700X is very similar in performance to titegroup, they fall very close to each other where pistol data is available for both. Titegroup is also popular among the CAS crowd, so your titegroup should be well worth a try and id be surprised if you cant get a good load with what youve got.

When you look at manufacturers sites data, you can often discriminate between pistol and rifle data. A lot of 'pistol' chamberings are in both. Pretty much all 38 spl is sub in my lever, you can hear the odd one go over, maybe 1 in 10 in cooler temps. Have you considered trimming some 357 cases down and just running with those? Easy to spot sub vs super loads then.
