Anyone have a recipe? Main thing in finding is at 2.8" I barely have any bullet in the case but if I sink them in further I'll be going up in pressure and my book is all at 2.8 coal.

I think SAMMI max is 2.800", not that you can't go under this for OAL. 2.800 may even be jamming the lands so will up pressure regardless. Seating at a more practical length should not give you excessive pressure issues unless your putting in too much powder. Does 2.8" even fit your mag?
A quick check has IMR4350 (similar burn rate to 2209) with 49.5g doing 2960 from Sierra app.
Yes I'm guessing from lack of experience how much difference does seating depth make to pressure. Would like to have 1 cal seated into the neck
It is true that seating the projectile deeper into the case with all else being equal that you will increase pressure, but it's not the thing you should get overly concerned about if working within published data. Speer make their load data available in the public domain at:
https://www.speer.com/reloading/rifle-data.html
But overall you should focus on all the other basics and follow Speer's recommendation of 2.730" COAL. And for your purposes, Hodgdon H4350 is the exact same powder as ADI AR2209 packed in a different container that has travelled a fair bit more.
