The 73 ELDM and the 77tmk were developed for the AR and short mags both shoot well in my Sako as they are a shorter more Stumpy projectile than the 75grn which I have never tried,
Mine still shoots the 77 better than the 73.
I've been told if you are using a button 1-8 barrel it won't stabilize the 80eldm but a cut barrel will.

That's unusual as my mate had a 1-8 from them and it wouldn't shoot the 80grn was told he needed 1-.
It was him that told me buttoned vs cut but he expects 1/4 to 1/2 moa.

Went out this morning for 1 last try with the 75s. Took my lowest charge weight from previously, and seated the bullet all the way to top of bearing surface (about 0.090 off lands).
I think this projectile is just right on the knife edge for twist rate in my barrel. I had 3 shots touching, and the other 2 on the other side of town!

73s on the other hand…….
Just picked a charge weight that put me somewhere in the 51-55k pressure range, seated 0.050, loaded up 10 rounds, and sent them.
Job done

I shot 20 of the 75 gn ELDMs the other night from 3 rifles. Changed powders to IMR 4895 (after shit results with 2219 and something else I don't recall.
Results:
So fairly average results, all 3 rifles 1:8. I really want these to work in a Howa I'm going to chop to 15", and it went not too bad, 9 into 38mm at 100M is about as good as that rifle runs. However there was also that random flier that doubles the group size.
The velocity was quite low, 2600 fps, these should get up to something like 2850 ish at full pressure . . . If I can squeeze the load in, it'll be highly compressed!
Have you tried Leverevolution powder with those 75 gr?
