7mm Rem mag / 150 Accubond Long Range recipe ?

Im about to do some reloading for a mates new Sako A7 Roughtech using 150 Accubond Long Range projectiles.
Just thought I would see if anyone has a reliable recipe for that combination as a starting point at least.
Have a reasonable range of powders on hand.

Thoughts on the A7 Roughtech Pro? How would it compare to a Tikka T3? I checked both out in the shop the other day, A7 was substantially heavier

I will tell you once the reloading is done.
Its a mates rifle and its been in my gun safe for weeks and have only just got onto doing the load work.
First impressions are that yes its a big relatively heavy rifle ... but the stock as very nice and its a typically nice Sako rifle.
Action and magazine seem quieter than T3

Biggest problem is that the bloody bolt is on the right side so I will definitely be giving it back to him when I have finished.
But I might sneak out and shoot a deer with it once the load is sorted just to piss him off ... well what do you expect when its just sitting there in my gun safe looking sad !!

Would be so rude not to.
There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!
