Thread: 9.3x57 reloading data

Hi there; I have recently bought a Husqvarna Model 46 in 9.3x57. Quite a neat rifle.



Does anyone have some suggested starting loads - preferably using ADI powders. I have managed to obtain some Norma brass, Norma Oryx 286 grain projectiles and Hornady dies. Any suggested loads (not just 286 grains) would be appreciated.

I have a Norma reloading book, it has quite a few loads for the 9.3x57, Norma powder, 201,202, 203B powder, if you can find any.
202 looks the best.
If you find Norma powder message me and I give you Norma load data.
Have you checked Hodgdon load data, might be something there.
I have a 9.3x62 and 250 gr accubond and a stiff load of varget.
Mines a husky 98, gem of a rifle.
Try find some 250 gr, 270 Speer are cheep and work good at slower speeds, soft bullet.
Norma has 232 gr, they give good speed in a 57.

Reloaders nest has a bunch of data.

Have you looked on the ADI website all the load data is there. I have found 2206H to be very accurate in my 9.3x62.
