    I used AR2213 with 150gn BTs.

2213 or 2217 should be a good start mate. 2225 is on the money too but probably better if you’re in the 160gr range

Depends a bit on your barrel length - I use 2213 in mine, but 2209 is as accurate, just a tad slower.

    Roger, innnteresting.
it is a Rem 700 sps, so i thiink 24 inch barrel on it.may even be 26? sorta wanting to shoot a decent bonded projie like a woodleigh out to 400 or so , reasonably flat as possible, not keen on the recoil as of yet so stayin with a 140gr for now, will be trying to load them fairly warm to make as big as improvement over the 7mm-08 as i can in terms of its trajectory..
itl do whats needed once it gets there, or hits the mark.

split on 2217, 2213sc, 2209 as can use in other Cartridges like the 3006? but if it is a bit slower, its not what im after really.

my 7-8 is around 2700 fps for bush stalkin, this thing needs to be in the 3-3100 bracket im thinkin

Federal fusion pills might be good for your purposes. I've another 'new to me' rem mag that ill run bare for general use. Ill prolly download 140s to ,~2900 or might go full load 120gr barnes.
I'm using win760 which is cheap here and I use it in other cartridges.
What animals and country are you hunting over there?

I was getting 3163fps with AR2213 and the 150gn Ballistic Tip from a standard 24" T3. Very accurate too.

    2217 for 162s 22-24in.
2213 can work too, I’ve used it on shorter barrels. 18-22in.

Rees, the 7mm RM with a 160 shoots like a 30/06 with a 180. You may as well load 160s and get what you paid for. Don't stand at the trough and try to dribble it out.

    ADI powder for 7RM

Rees if you want to go 140/150 gn weight have a play with the tsx and tsx. Driven hard they perform well and the RM can do that.
