    Friend of mine just got a new rifle in .243, helped him load up some rounds and we took it to the range yesterday, we got some 85gr Speer BTSP and 2209. I was pretty impressed, shot some very tight groups right of the starting line

    Probably talking about the short neck and what happens to it with repeated full power loads. Building a 22-243. Same issue of a straight one or modified i.e Millstead.
