I find Shooter and Applied Ballistics give almost identical results, I use them side by side. As with all these apps its all about what you put in that determines how accurate they are. If you stuff up any of the inputs such as atmospheric pressure. bc or muzzle velocity they will give you rubbish firing solutions. It's taken me a couple of years going around in circles to start to understand how to populate them and get sensible results. What ever app you run you will need a device such as a Kestrel to give you atmospheric conditions and wind speeds and a laser range finder.
