As Dermastor says the main work is getting good data to input. I use shooter and it's pretty user friendly but its default is imperial and you need to go back and double check the units after you've set it up. Virtual bullets dont fly so well in 1013 inches of mercury.

Second, test on paper somewhere past the farthest you plan to shoot. Adjust velocity to match your measured trajectory and use the actual air pressure at the time you shot (500 or 1000m above sea level makes a lot of difference shooting at a range of 500m). Most phones have a barometer so download an app to read it out.

Finally, print out a representative drop card and tape to the stock because often it's too bright on the hill to read your phone or not enough time.
