Hard to tell what cal from a photo. Ill have to come round and empty the glass to get a closer look.

Whatever the glassblower has handy should be the correct answer.
I can imagine it loosing its bright shiny look over time though.

So probably a 311-315 .maybe of Russian parentage as in from mosin garrant type weapon.

Surely it's 6.5 Creedmoor if it couldn't penetrate the glass!

nope, straight shot of the good stuff on this occasion, however, the right whiskey with the right amount of water rises to another level, the water subdues the "fire" and allows the palate to really get all the flavours. I didn't believe it either until I tried it, it was a revelation. That being said, mostly I drink my malts neat....

Well I double checked in the mirror and no manbun had materialised on top of the dome so that definitely rules out needmore
