    Just doing trials in my 22-204 with 80gr ELDM.
    I haven't tried anything else, as I don't have 06 or 08. Had over 3k in a 21" barrel with great accuracy. I'll be settling for less speed tho' for case life.
    Cant see why it shouldn't perform in a 223 case, it's a slow powder.
