Out of the box of 20, maybe 2 others have marks in same spot but not that bad. Nothing id be worried about like this one.

Your "dented" ammo is a result of a brass manufacturing fault and lax quality control. The ammo may well still be safe enough to shoot but play safe and return it. Also brass like that should be trashed and not reloaded.

Why would you bother for $3 or $4 ?
Shoot it or put it aside and get on with life.
