    Different 22 brand question

So I took my new ( to me ) Hammerli Tac R1 to the range today, together with 4 different brands of ammo.
It loves the CCI subs , win, so do I
However it failed to fire the 3 rounds of the Geco brand I tried
There was primer strikes on the rims, but they didn’t fire.
Has anyone struck this before with that brand ?
    Cheers
He nui to ngaromanga, he iti to putanga.

You depart with mighty boasts, but you come back having done little.
Sounds like a typical hunting trip !

Some of the geco stuff I found was waxy
And gave issues in customers semi autos
Would light strike due to wax/grease stopping it
From fully seating in chamber then firing pin hits the rim
And seats the case completely which causes the
    Light strike
I also ran a few bricks through my smith and
Wesson k22 revolver and it had to be cleaned
More often due to wax build up around the cylinder
    And under the ejector plate
    Was deadly accurate tho
    308 and Frogfeatures like this.
