I have a set of hornady G2-1500 digital reloading scales and am just wondering how accurate they are? And what is a good set of reasonably priced digital reloading scales if i was to upgrade? Any advice is much appreciated.

For what it's worth, I really like my GemPro 250.
Here's a review: https://www.accurateshooter.com/gear...-scale-review/
Are you looking for a simple set of scales, or something that pours and weighs loads?
Just an reliable, accurate & moderately priced set of scales
When I was looking I was not able to find anywhere that sold the gem pro scales and ended up with a lyman gen 6 which has been great. It seemed to me that for a bit of extra cash the auto powder dispenser would be a good option. I am pleased I went that way. The scales seem accurate enough
+2 for the gen 6
My little Hornady one is very temperamental. Zero wanders +/- 0.2gr frequently, right whilst I'm in the middle of trying to weigh charges. Especially when it starts getting a bit cold in the garage.
My G2-1500 digital reloading scales drove me nuts continually wandering on zero and couldn't get a consistant match with my beam scales, had no confidence in them.
I ended up buying a set of Aws Zeo 50 Milligram Scale Laboratory Balance 50g X 0.001g off Amazon US$49.9 plus shipping.
Working good for me haven't zero wandered yet and I can match weights with the Beam scale.
I don't reload enough yet to justify The auto throwers. (working on it though)
+3 gen 6
Thanks for the replys. The Gen 6 looks good, but I am more just after a good set of battery operated scales as i do not have power to my reloading shed.
solar panel and a battery are a cheap option nowadays, couple of LED lights and an inverter to get 240V is no biggy anymore
