Does anyone drag their dehumidifier into the reloading room?

What would have been interesting is weighing out a high humidity charge then placing it in a low humidity environment for X time to dry out and then weighing it again. This will allow a measurement of how much moisture had been absorbed by the powder, if any.

If you're down as fine as measuring the actual capacity of your cases, i'm thinking it could worth strictly regulating the humidity level of powder and check the results. Its tricky here in NZ with our high humidity. It might explain why you routinely see shooters in the USA reporting higher MV with the same components that you use? I see that so often, i thought that cant be wishful chronograph reading. I wonder if it tracks with areas of lower humidity.

Of course having low humidity causes static... and horrible things like primer tube issues. I don't see that happening here in NZ at all
