When I asked AMP about drying brass Alex sent an email saying pre-heat the oven at 120°C and put the cases in for 10-15 minutes. That worked fine and I had no discolouration.
My wife bought an air frier so I tried it. The temp scale on ours has Warm and then starts at 120°C. I put a few cases in at just below the 120 mark for 10 minutes but they were not quite dry. Another 5 minute burst and they were bone dry and no discoloration.
