Always resize, need to keep the tension the same as the original pulled bullets. Not a big problem on smaller amounts but would be if changing a large number of rounds.
When you re seat the new ones you should notice a difference on how easy they are to seat. I neck size if I have to pull any, haven't bothered to test, the difference in neck tension made me think the POI would shift.
I resize. Easy for me as I run Redding S type bushing dies with no expander, so just remove decapping pin and bingo its done easy without disturbing the primer or anything else.
Just use a lee factory crimp die , problem solved .
