Manufacturers often use canister grade powders not available to us reloaders. It might be a different powder from batch to batch as well.
Positive identification is gonna be difficult and chances are you probably won't be able to buy it anyway.
my best GUESS would be 748..... BUT WOULD CHECK MANUALS....PLURAL to make sure that quantity of it makes sense before proceeding any further.

If you decide to shoot the results of this experiment (which I don't recommend) please don't do it with anybody else close, its a shame to injure yourself (and this is Dawin award territory IMO) , but criminal to put someone else at risk.
I dunno about doing this. I mean yeah its safe to reuse powder in that same cal, same brass but to swap cals without positive ID?? Nah. Personally i wouldn't. You can get H414 fairly easily if you want a known powder.
Keep that other stuff sure, for smashing goats with your 243
