Help: .319NK and .145FB how does knowing this benefit one?

See attached photo, I purchased this rifle second hand (7mmSAUM) a while back and to be fair havent done a heap of reloading in my life learning everytime I do some. Can this info be used to help in load development?

It’s the neck diameter if you were using a bushing die it’ll allow you to chose what bush for neck tension and the freebore is the area of no rifling nothing to really pay attention to

    Hi Nick,
I Hope you like the fluting.
The free bore kind of give you an indication, but in reality what dictate your cartridge over all length is the type of projectiles you are going to use, or more exactly the shape of the the ogive of the projectile and where is it going to contact the lands in relation to the rest of the projectile.
For that particular projectile it will give you the maximum over all length, which in turn will help you decide if you want to load close to the land or have a bit of a jump. Once you have that measurement this might also dictate if you want to magazine feed your rounds ( which might involve having the projectile to jump during the firing sequence to reach the land) or single load them for ultimate accuracy. I can elaborate longer but à talk over the phone will be easier.
