    Cigar, I’m 99% sure they won’t stabilise. The 1% is just insurance.

    If you haven’t broken the box open, maybe you could hold off a while...

    The pills are way too long to stabilise in the 1:10”. They are over 0.2” longer than the ProHunter. When Hornady first intro’d them they didn’t put the max twist rate on the website like Sierra does (still not there) and a lot of blokes bought them with standard 1:10”s and then wrote 1 star reviews on the Midway etc websites.

    Neither of the 1:10” twist .243s I’ve got here would stabilise the 105gr A-Max and that was shorter than the 103gr ELD-X.

    So yeah don’t get yer hopes up mate, sorry to be so negative. Take a read of the American forums, lots of sad stories there. The Remington 700 guys with their 1:9.125” barrels couldn’t deal with the 6mm ELD-X.

    I like Hornady but they are a bit slack not producting bullet lengths in their specs, or max twist rates.
