    I run my M70 7x57, with IMR4350 at 42gr soft load, and 46gr full power load, and this was the same with my ruger #1 fullstock, I had.
    Winchester brass and rem 9.5 primer,
    don't remember speed about 2750 ish, I think,
    have a spare #7 hornardy manual, if your interested, I updated to #9 to get load data for the 17 hornet.

    And tell your mate he has fine taste, wish I hadn't sold mine, but needed the cash, for a #1 in 300H&H.
