Welcome to the forum.
Mate, every couple of weeks we have someone asking for a load for xxx caliber. Asking someone else for load data gives me the shits !
The entire point about reloading, even more so for the specialist calibers you mention, is to "roll your own". Every single rifle is unique, the chamber might be slightly different, the barrel could be in a different state. The whole point is to custom tailor rounds to YOUR specific rifle. Just as an example, your brother in laws rifle may have a longer barrel, so if he goes ahead and uses a load from someone with a shorter barrel using fast powder, he could very well be looking at something pretty scary.
Asking someone else for load data (and what you are likely to get is mostly on the hot side) is about as clever as picking up a random cartridge lying in the dirt on a range and being willing to fire it.
If you want info about how to go through a load development process, there are several guys on here who will happily answer any questions. Bottom line is, to get the benefit of custom tailored rounds, you need to be willing to put in the effort and work up a load slowly and safely, to find what works for that specific rifle.
